Under Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR), and in connection with your contact through the form on this website, by phone or by email, which under the applicable law is an act of processing of personal data, I inform you that:

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the real estate agency Magdalena Michałowska Nieruchomości, with its registered office at al. Kasztanowa 3a‑5, office 220, 53‑125 Wrocław, Poland, email: kontakt@agentkamichalowska.com.

Purposes of processing

We will process your personal data:

to perform the brokerage service correctly, which is our legitimate interest,
to promote our brokerage services, which is our legitimate interest (direct marketing), and for the wider marketing purposes of the Agency, on the condition that you give your consent.

Retention period

We will process the data for the direct marketing of our products and services until you object to the processing. We will process the data that we process on the basis of your consent until you withdraw the consent.

We have the right to process your data for archiving purposes, to keep the information in case of a legal need to prove facts, and for the possible establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, which is our legitimate interest, for a maximum of 10 years.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure and portability of the data, and the right to restriction of processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data when we process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland.

Recipients of the data

We will not disclose your personal data to other entities. We will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organisation.

Automated decision-making and profiling

We will not process your personal data by automated means and we will not use it for profiling. You give your personal data voluntarily, but the data is necessary for the brokerage service.
