My name is Magdalena Michałowska. For 6 years I have helped people in Wrocław sell, buy and rent property. I know that behind every transaction there is an important decision: a move, a new job, a bigger family or the end of a chapter.

How long does it take to sell an apartment?
It depends on the location, the condition and the price. A well prepared listing with the right price usually sells faster. Some of my clients’ apartments found a buyer within a month.
